SMS Notifications, a new feature in the FieldAware WebApp that improves how you communicate status of Jobs with your customers is now available.
To automate and simplify the process of communicating Job progress to the appropriate contacts, FieldAware is adding the capability to send SMS Notifications. This new feature ensures that notifications are sent to the Job Contact when a Job is scheduled, when travel has started on the Job, when the Job has been started, and when the Job has been completed.
This feature must be enabled for the enhancement to apply to your software instance. Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to turn on the SMS Notificiations feature. If you do not know who your CSM is or how to contact your CSM, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
