Manage Customer, Contacts, and Locations

Overview

Editing a customers’ profile may be necessary while you are in the field. You may have to make edits to customer details, locations, and contacts. Access to edit a customer record requires several areas in ‘Roles & Rights’ or the ‘User Rights to be turned on. Your FieldAware Admin will need to make appropriate setting adjustments to enable you to edit customer information. The following rights need to be turned on:

  • ‘Enable Customer Update’- ‘Enable Customer View’ - ‘Enable Customer List’
  • ‘Enable Contacts Update’ - ‘Enable Contacts View’ - ‘Enable Contact List’
  • ‘Enable Locations Update’ - ‘Enable Locations View’ - ’Enable Location List’
