Create Company Default Crew(s)

Overview

A crew is made up of any combination of technicians your company requires. Create as many crews as needed for your business. Simply name the crew and add the members from the users registered in your account. The default crew will remain available to assign to jobs or quotes on the web app and on the mobile once an initial crew member is selected.

Note: You can add as many crew members to a job or quote, but only the Job Lead will receive job notification. If you would like for all crew members to receive a read-only copy of the job, be able to assign specific tasks to individual crew members or permit the crew member to control job state; then contact your Account Manager to request activation of this additional functionality.
