Manage Items


Once items have been created, you can manage them by accessing the Item record in the Items tab. Managing your items typically consists of the following actions:

  • Changing Pricing
  • Changing Part Number

Using the Item Record

Clicking on the quick links within the Items list view will take you to the record. The item record will provide an overview of the recent jobs, the pricing information, list of tasks this item is associated to and the options to edit or delete. Managing Items requires the ‘Enable Item Delete’, ‘Enable Item List’, ‘Enable Item Update’, and ‘Enable Item View’ Roles & Rights to be turned on.
